I have to admit after being on this product for over two months. I sleep much better and I do have more energy. I feel that the vitamins and minerals are helping. I feel that I have more memory and mood enhancements, my vision has improved so I recommend this product. It has a great taste and with no sugar it’s actually good for diabetics. You know if you care for your health it’s very hard sometimes to tell how much a product like this is doing until you get checked out by your doctor. Just think, it is in your system with in three minutes! Some people actually take it twice a day.
