This review is about the new post on dealjoiner.com on how he would answer the investors concerns and questions about their money.  It sounds like he’s taking every legal precaution to protect the investors money. By using an escrow account and title company.   All the money would go into the escrow account that has to do with the buying and development of the property,  an escrow account to put the money in from the sales to pay back the investors is a very smart way of doing it.

I also like the way he he wants to start paying back that investors and 4 payments from the sales of the lots.  So as an investor you could actually get part of their money back  in the development stages, as lots are sold off.  Again it sounds like a great idea and should attract many investors for this project.  It looks like he’s been thinking a lot for the investor’s safety; and also because he believes in the project so much he knows he can accomplish it.   He then talks about how you can invest in this project. He tells you about companies like Entrust that manages peoples Roth IRA’s that are self-directed.

Again with such a return that is being given, I don’t see where anyone can get this type of return in today’s economy.  They are trying to answer every question that an investor may have, but not giveaway everything online, the memorandum he has must fill in all the details for each investor. So I do recommend going to the dealjoiner.com and downloading his investment summary, if you are a person looking to double your money in today’s economy.
