I really have to give this person credit for creating a website to get private investors, and joining them with real estate deals where they can double their money. People have been teaching about raising private money for real estate investing for many years. I’ve always understood this, but to put it together with the development the way he has offers better security, because they will own part of it until they get their money doubled! That is a brilliant idea.

He’s giving about a 77.9% return on their investment, because the investor gets all the money back in the two-year period, and if it’s sooner it’s probably a higher interest rate, and if it’s a couple months late it’s still a better return than you can find in any market today.
